Yamuna at reception was efficient and cute. The room I was allocated was impeccably clean and well-kept. Her superb service.
I found the heating system in my room difficult to manage. The thermostat was not intuitive. I needed assistance from staff to adjust the temperature.

the breakfast was totally amazing. shireka, a super friendly waitress, brought us fresh omelettes. chef james made it super tasty. lots of parking spots are available i like that. the reception and housekeeping staff were always ready to help.

rose at reception provided a warm welcome. she arranged a complimentary connecting room for our family. the breakfast had a great variety of fresh options. the chef even addressed our food allergies, personally guiding us through the choices and ensuring our dietary needs were met.
The gym had limited facilities. The weights only went up to 20kg. it was difficult to get a complete workout with the restricted range. more weight options would be beneficial wanting to perform a broader range of exercises.
